Terms and Conditions

Bookings

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or official booking system. By making a booking, you confirm that all provided information is correct and complete. Customers must provide accurate journey details including pickup location, destination, pickup date and time, and number of passengers. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all booking details are correct. Fasttravel1 will not be responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to request a deposit or full payment in advance to secure your booking. Please note that the minimum job charge is £50.

Payment

Payment must be made using approved methods available on our website, including bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or cash if agreed in advance. Full payment must be completed before the journey begins unless prior written agreement has been made. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment has not been received.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer cancels a booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, they may be eligible for a refund. If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the journey, no refund will be provided. No refund will be given for same-day cancellations or if the customer does not show up at the pickup location. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including vehicle breakdown, severe weather, or safety concerns. In such cases, Fasttravel1 will provide a full refund or arrange an alternative vehicle if possible.

Passenger Conduct and Safety

Passengers must behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions during the journey. Smoking, illegal substances, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. All passengers must wear seatbelts where provided. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger behaves in a dangerous, abusive, or inappropriate manner. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in additional charges to cover cleaning or repairs.

Delays and Liability

Fasttravel1 will always aim to provide services on time. However, Fasttravel1 will not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are advised to allow sufficient time for airport transfers and important events.

Luggage

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. Fasttravel1 will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle. Customers must inform Fasttravel1 in advance if they have excessive or oversized luggage.

Complaints

If a customer has a complaint regarding the service, they must notify Fasttravel1 within 7 days of the journey. Fasttravel1 will review the complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from services provided by Fasttravel1 will be handled under UK law and jurisdiction.
