These terms and conditions, together with the online booking form, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fasttravel1 regarding the provision of taxi, private hire, and airport transfer services (“Service”). By making a booking and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms and conditions stated herein. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, mobile, phone, or any other official Fasttravel1 booking channel.
1. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any bookings already confirmed will be honored at the agreed rates and terms at the time of booking.
2. We recommend that customers provide at least 12 hours advance notice for online bookings. For urgent bookings required within 12 hours, customers must contact Fasttravel1 directly to confirm availability.
3. It is the customer’s responsibility to allow sufficient time when booking transportation, including airport check-in requirements, security procedures, and potential traffic delays. Fasttravel1 shall not be held liable for missed flights, appointments, or delays resulting from insufficient time allowance or passenger readiness.
4. Customers must select a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and luggage. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to refuse service if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle’s legal or safe capacity.
5. All booking details must be accurate and complete, including pickup location, destination, contact information, and any special instructions. Fasttravel1 shall not be responsible for service issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete booking information.
6. Airport pickup bookings include up to 90 minutes of free waiting time after the confirmed flight landing time. Additional waiting time beyond this period may incur additional charges.
7. Fasttravel1 drivers will wait up to 90 minutes after flight arrival. If the passenger cannot be contacted or fails to appear within this period, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
8. Customers may cancel bookings by contacting Fasttravel1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations made after driver dispatch may incur cancellation charges.
9. Fasttravel1 is committed to providing high-quality service and will investigate all customer complaints. Customers must provide their booking reference and complete details when submitting complaints.
10. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to assign bookings to licensed partner drivers or subcontractors when necessary to ensure service continuity and availability.
11. Customers are responsible for the conduct and behavior of all passengers during the journey. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to charge cleaning or repair fees for any damage caused to vehicles.
12. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or who behaves in an unsafe, abusive, or threatening manner.
13. Fasttravel1 may terminate any journey immediately if passenger behavior threatens the safety of the driver, vehicle, or other road users.
14. Fasttravel1 monitors incoming flights to ensure accurate pickup timing and adjust schedules based on actual arrival times when flight information is provided.
15. While Fasttravel1 makes every effort to ensure timely service, we shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
16. Fasttravel1 will use reasonable efforts to transport passengers safely and efficiently but shall not be responsible for financial losses due to service delays outside our control.
17. Each passenger, including infants and children, counts as one passenger. Child seats must be requested at the time of booking. Installation of child seats remains the responsibility of the passenger.
18. If a Fasttravel1 driver is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Fasttravel1 will attempt to provide an alternative driver or vehicle.
19. If the driver does not arrive at the scheduled pickup time, customers must contact Fasttravel1 before making alternative arrangements. Fasttravel1 will not reimburse unauthorized transportation expenses.
20. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to change the assigned vehicle or driver when necessary due to operational or safety requirements.
21. Smoking, vaping, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited in Fasttravel1 vehicles unless explicitly permitted.
22. All Fasttravel1 vehicles are insured as required by law. However, customer belongings are carried at the passenger’s own risk.
23. Fasttravel1 is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
24. If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to breakdown or emergency, Fasttravel1 will attempt to provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
25. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to cancel bookings due to emergencies, severe weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
26. Private arrangements made directly with Fasttravel1 drivers outside official booking channels are not the responsibility of Fasttravel1.
27. Fasttravel1 reserves the right to refuse service where necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
28. Calls, messages, and communications with Fasttravel1 may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes.
29. By using Fasttravel1 services, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
30. These terms and conditions shall be governed by applicable local laws, and any disputes shall be resolved under the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
